At the Novell Real Estate Group, we are a family team of three, with 32+ years of combined experience, committed to providing exceptional real estate services to Spokane, North Idaho, and surrounding areas. All three of us were born and raised in Spokane, Washington.

Pam attended Shadle Park High School and worked for over 20 years in the retail industry prior to starting her real estate career in 2008. She worked as the Managing Broker at Windermere Manito LLC for 10 years before becoming the Designated/Owner Broker in 2018. Pam is currently enjoying living the condo-life in Downtown Spokane with her husband.

Caylin attended Lewis and Clark High School, Whitworth University, and Gonzaga University and holds a degree in Psychology, specializing in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Post college graduation, she spent a year working in the Los Angeles School District. Caylin began her real estate career in 2016 and is a proud volunteer for the Spokane Home Builders Association (SHBA). She currently resides in Hayden, Idaho with her husband and daughter on a mini-farm.

Kenzi attended Lewis and Clark High School, University of Washington, and Gonzaga University and holds a degree in Public Relations and Marketing/Promotions. She was able to graduate debt-free because of numerous scholarships she obtained. Kenzi won the title of Miss Washington USA 2015 and continues to volunteer at numerous events and charities in the Spokane Community. Kenzi began her real estate career in 2015, specializing in new construction. She currently resides in a small town just outside Spokane with her husband and three children.
